the carpets were replaced in one day and they even moved the furniture. i wish they had more selections but the price for the work is worth it. caution though i saw some dings and scrapes from them moving furniture but overall i would recommend

They did a good job on the main floor, but a lot of details really were bad. They scuffed up the trim (and did paint once I complained about it), they unplugged my fridge and left it off without saying anything (and pushed it back in), they originally only did the wood transition around the tile of the fireplace leaving 3 inches of untrimmed space to the wall (which they came back and fixed once I complained), and they left dirty fingerprints all over my couch, my walls, and my doors (which they later offered to clean, once I said something). So, now that I whined and complained, it looks very good, but I really don't like having to do that. They should have just done it correctly, cleanly, and professionally the first time. However they absolutely came back to do whatever it took to fix their mistakes. In the end, the floors do look very good. But it was a bit of trouble getting here.

Good product and good service from the sales team. The installers were great, too. But be prepared to have some headache with delivery of materials and debris pick up. Be super detailed in how you want that coordinated. My debris pick up took way longer than expected due to condo rules and miscommunication among their team.

We had changed our minds about flooring and carpet colors more than once and Joe from the company stopped by on several occasions to help us decide. The wood floor tiles are installed nicely and they cleaned up well right after. They also provide options with according to your budget. The customer service they have provided is superb and they go above and beyond. Joe even gave me his USB cable when I ran out of juice for my phone.

Replaced our laminate with new carpeting. Joe made the whole process very easy and stress-free. He went above and beyond to explain all the different flooring options and work around our schedule to get everything installed in time before we moved in to our new place. The overall cost for the project ended up being more expensive than I expected considering we just got a basic carpet. But the quality of the work and the service was excellent!

Mike from Carpets in the Park is outstanding! I would give him ten stars if I could! He went a above and beyond to bring samples back to my home late on a Friday night - in order to help me meet my deadline of getting new installation done prior to move in. He was a great listener, gave practical advice and new the products well. Most importantly, when we hit an unforeseen snag with the existing carpet - he troubleshot the situation well with his crew and kept additional costs contained. He was able to find me an excellent carpet without breaking my budget. I will call on Mike for any future flooring needs. I highly recommend this pro.
