Being in the insurance industry customer satisfaction is a must . I called scheduled appointment it was set up and confirmed. Appt date comes,no call no show and what makes it worse is I had to reach out to him . I gave him another chance , I know things happen sometimes. He did show up the next day, gave me estimate and scheduled an appt for repair. Appt day comes around and again no call no show , no consideration or respect for my time . I don?t understand how you expect for your business to grow when customers are not your priority. Its important to remember one happy customer leads to a lot happy customers.

I hired Molgados carpeting to install carpeting in 2 bedrooms & vinyl flooring purchased from LL Flooring. I am extremely happy with the carpeting & installation of my floors. Antonio’s team was efficient professional and finished in 2 days. The carpet was a welcome addition very comfortable and even had my first accident and the mud came out very easy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Price was very reasonable easy to work with from beginning to completion. Very satisfied customer.

These people couldn't make it any simpler. Initially I was going to go through empire but they were always booked, and I wanted to explore options. This place popped up as a recommendation. Molgados to my house and showed me samples and educated me thoroughly on every option. I had never had any floor installations done before so I was pretty clueless. Molgado made it easy for me. Never felt pressured into anything and him and his team were so friendly and helpful! Whole process went smoothly. They installed it while I was at work, came home to see it and I love it!
