I then had them over to ask for a quote on replacing the floor and fixing subfloor issue especially in 2 spots, they said they would do it. they replaced the floors and did none of that. "Yes, truly is dust free but the experience of working with them is even better than how clean they are. Everything working with Jerry went exactly as one should be able to expect from this class of professional service provider. However, he was the only one out of several top Angie's List rated companies that not only showed up on time to provide a quote but explained how he would handle the job from start to finish. The other guys really didn't want to tear out and haul away the carpet or even provide a selection of trim and flooring from which to choose. They gave a list of several stores to order the materials from with the amount of materials required. They also were going to cap the stairs instead of removing the treads if they found they weren't already oak underneath. However Jerry's quote was almost the same price but he would handle everything. Ultimately it turned out to be cheaper as once the carpet was removed it was discovered the stairs were oak and in good enough condition to easily refinish. Everything went swimmingly and our floors are absolutely stunning. High points: - I didn't have to lift a finger. (one would think that's normal since I'm the customer and not the flooring company, but apparently the other companies felt that wasn't the case.) - Arrived on time to provide quote. Quote itemized with exact cost. Explained that only if the subfloor turned out to be problematic could the cost change and we would be made aware. - Provided complete catalog to select everything from. Helped with selection by showing examples of designs and sizes in similar layouts. - Arrived on the start date when he said they would and finished the day he said they would too. - Clean, clean, clean. Exceptionally clean - Floors are absolutely gorgeous and meticulously installed. - Custom banister and newell work looks beautiful and rock solid. - Honest, called to let me know I saved money when he pulled the carpet up on the stairs to discover they were in good shape. The quote had included replacement. - Hauled all the carpet and trash away. Would absolutely use again and plan to for the remaining rooms."

"This company did a wonderful job! The owner, Mariusz, was very helpful and responsive during the process. His pricing was very reasonable. His installation team worked very hard and did a wonderful job. When I bought my condo, the prior owners installed a horribly cheap floor that was also quite ugly. Thanks to ReDesign, my place was transformed and looks brighter and incredibly homey. I smile every time I look at my new floor. And his pricing was incredibly fair. One of my other quotes was twice as expensive as the one Mariusz gave me, and that company said it would take 4 workers 3 days to complete the project (my condo is on the smaller size side, and there is no way four people could have even fit in here while working at the same time). I would definitely hire ReDesign again if/when I need additional floors replaced."

"Called Nino's Tile after deciding I was going to replace my bathroom floor. My mother in law got a beautiful kitchen floor job done from them so she highly recommended them to me. I was not disappointed. They were prompt, professional and the attention to detail was outstanding. They truly are masters of their craft. They went over everything with me from picking the right kind of tile to which grout and color is best in the room. There were quite a few difficult angles and they made everything so clean and symmetrical. I knew replacing the flooring would make the room look better, but it came out even better than I expected. Would definitely recommend and will call Nino's when its time to replace other flooring!"

We never wanted cabinets from a flooring company, But they targeted the owner because she is 91 years old and took them. Months later we got them back from the ex-con and hoodlum they sent to rob the owner totally destroyed and had to pay another $1300 to get them back. We feared for our safety because they wanted to know if the house was for sale and what types of cars we were driving. They prey upon the elderly. Do not use this company unless you have a criminal attorney on retainer. Stay away from DeSitter at all costs."
