"When I contacted George for an estimate he scheduled the appointment that week. He was very helpful in helping me understand the process and in scheduling the work. We scheduled the service and George and his crew showed up on time and did excellent work in our home. Our floors were old, scratched, and needed refinishing. They sanded the floors and then applied new stain. He also replaced the shoe molding and one board. Our old floors look brand new! He was attentive to details and made some suggestions to what we could do to make the floors look better in some spots. The floors look remarkably better. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
