This is a company that is very professional and does great work! I was under the impression that it will take about 3-4 days but they were done in 2 days and the work looks flawless. They also have multiple recommendations of companies that sell flooring product. The process was easy from finding a company, getting the product delivered to getting the product installed. Great Company, highly recommend.

Poor craftsmanship and substandard results.

John and his crew did excellent work. They removed my old stone tile and replaced with ceramic tile and it looks great. They also replaced my old baseboards. I will hire John to work on my bedroom floors next. Thanks John.

This was the worst experience I have had with a contractor. They were hired to refinish my hardwood floors. They were done in May and by November they looked horrible. It does not seem like the finish was done well at all because any little scratch shows up. My floors on the first floor, which were redone, look worse than my 2nd floor, which was done 14 years ago. They scratched my dining room table that I had just refinished and also the tile on the entryway when they were moving furniture. I specifically asked the owner, John Gilbert, if I should go with the professional finish, because I have a small dog. He said that was not necessary and I would be fine with the regular finish. I called him and he came over to look at the floors and was going to follow up on what he could do, and I never heard from him. The absolute WORST!

John Gilbert, the owner of this particular company, is personable, listens to your concerns, attempts to remedy your floor issues without costing you unnecessary repairs. He even came back a second time because he was concerned regarding some movement in the floor and wanted to make sure that when installed, the same problem would not reoccur. He even reached out to others in his organization. He is on time, responsible, caring, and overall a very nice person to work with. He is a rare person in today's world. Installer did an excellent job and in less than 2 hours was finished! John was a pleasure to work with and very responsive and attention to details was excellent. Overall, excellent job and would use them again if needed.

John was honest that I didnâ t need full refinishing on my floors. He suggested only scratching and coating. I appreciated his honesty and saved money too! Floors look great. Iâ ve already sent his contact information to several friends.
