"The project went smoothly. I had a short window in which to work as the furniture on our 1st floor was removed for another project. I set up interviews with a number of companies, received estimates, and Mike's worked out the best. They were honest about how the project saying that some old stains on the floors might not sand out; the stairs treads and risers would need to be sanded by hand, therefore would cost a bit more; and the wood used to patch would not exactly match due to age. All of this I understood since the floors were over 100 years old. They had their staff on site early on the day they said they'd start. They worked as quickly as the weather would allow and the project was completed within the time they expected. Its been almost two years and the floors still look great. I waited a while to make this review in order to see if the work would hold up and it still looks nice. Now I'm hoping for another big project in which the furniture on our 2nd floor will be removed so they can do those floors."

"Ismael and his team did a great job! They removed our carpets, sanded, and stained the hardwood floors that were beneath. Quick turnaround and he was great with communication throughout the process."

"I had Adrian, the owner of MCraft, install wood on my second floor and I could not be more impressed with the experience. He was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the type of wood being used and walked us through the entire process. He even provided samples of the different stains we wanted to have on our floor, allowing us to choose the perfect color for our space. He was always punctual and when leaving ensured the area was clean. In moving our furniture prior to/ after the job he was always careful. Instead of hurrying through the sanding process he took his time. It was a time consuming process requiring many different levels of sanding and it was clear he was not trying to rush the job. I was so impressed with the results that I hired him again to refinish my first floor. If you are looking for a professional, reliable and skillful contractor do not hesitate to contact Adrian."

"Our entire second floor needed a combination of ripping out carpet, patching weird missing holes of hardwood, installing hardwood into our master bedroom & closet, refinishing, and staining it all to perfectly match our living room. Everything was completed in 8 days, the exact time frame that was originally quoted. The work they completed is stunning. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Chicagoland area looking for professional, local, and quality flooring services."
