Vasile and his team are absolutely professionals in anything flooring. I recently closed on an apartment and had a tight deadline to get my floors refinished (sanding, staining, sealing). He came over same day I called him, gave me a fair estimate, and gave my HOA all the necessary paperwork. Within a week of contacting him, my floors were refinished and came out better than expected. Do not hesitate to contact Vasile as I can vouch for his professionalism, cost, and craftsmanship.

They came in a fixed wooden flooring that we had a previous contractor do which he messed up. They were able to completely fix our clients floors by sanding, applying wood filler wherever needed, staining and adding a varnish on top. They matched the color perfectly to the old existing color. The floors look beautiful!! I would highly recommend them!! They are true professionals!!

Exceptional Craftsmanship and Professionalism! When we became victims of fraud by an unscrupulous swindler, we were left with horribly damaged hardwood floors that needed complete refinishing again. It was difficult to find a contractor for the redo. It was our good fortune to find Vasile Corlaciu, longtime owner of VASILE FLOORING & CONSTRUCTION CO. His expertise and integrity are heralded in his company’s motto: “Quality isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.” Vasile carefully explained the scope and complexity of fixing the improperly refinished floor (incomplete sanding, unscraped corners and edges, no sanding under radiators, waves, dips and gouges done by sanding machine). With the highest quality of workmanship, Vasile and crew expertly did all the services listed on his card: Installation, Sanding, Staining, Repairing and Finishing. Bravo Vasile and thank you!

Vasile and his team replaced our outdated creaky floors. We chose Vasile's Flooring based on reviews and pricing. Weâ re so glad we did, because our new floors look amazing! Vasile worked with us from beginning to end. He came to the house the same day, gave us a free quote, took measurements, offered suggestions and listened to our requests with care. His team replaced the floors and all the baseboards. Overall they did an excellent job! Baltazar and Luis are a great duo! Baltazar was very polite and friendly. It was a joy meeting him and having him work in our home. We are extremely happy and pleased with the end result and highly recommend Vasile Flooring and his team!

My wood floors, over 100 years old, were severely damaged in parts. They replaced the damaged parts and salvaged the rest, seamlessly integrating the old and new. He was fair, prompt, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Vasile came to house to measure for removal of old wrought iron bannisters and railings, to be replaced by oak and contemporary black spindles. He offered great suggestions. His crew was very respectful of home environment, excellent craftsmanship, and cleaned up after each day of work. They were also very personable, and followed up on any touch up requests.

Love Vasile Flooring & Construction!! This is my second time working with them - this time to replace the floors in my kitchen, hallways, and living room, as well as replace baseboards and doors. Luis and Baltasar did an amazing job - the job was done a day earlier than expected and looked perfect. They were also really mindful of minimizing disruption and leaving the condo as clean as possible at the end of each day. Vasile was also incredibly easy to work with and very responsive
