"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Our second time using Mr. Floor for new wood floor installation. In both cases, top notch materials, excellent install by the installers, and daily emailed updated by their GC. "

"The company closed this time last year, but the owner stepped up and did what needed to be done to assist with closing out the rest of the project. Eric Udelhoven is an honest, stand up person that goes above and beyond. It is super unfortunate that the circumstances happened the way that they did with Catalyst, but Eric Udelhoven pushed go get subs into our job, help us with material procurement, and oversee the project on a high level. Even after the business had closed, he helped my wife and i finish the project and didn't charge us for his time. The way it all went down could have been a lot better with respect to the business closing, but we reached out and made contact shortly after everything had gone sideways for them. Ultimately, the process was obviously super bumpy, but we were able to get our first floor renovation finished to a high level of finish with Eric's assistance. I am SUPER happy that i dont have to do any more home repairs in the near future!!! House looks great, but remodeling is super stressful!"

"Went very well! Platinum Mechanical Services was one of the preferred service centers for our U-line beverage center (small fridge). They were very professional over the phone when discussing the costs and how the services worked, and very professional when on-site handling the job. Over the phone, they made it clear how the costs would work before we booked a visit from them, and on-site they explained what they explained what they thought was the problem and the way to fix it. Got a call a few days later with the estimate on how to fix it and parts needed, then later returned after they got the part and fixed the job in less than an hour. They kept me updated the whole time and did a really nice job."
