AAA Appliance Service Center

Steven arrived to a broken LG Dryer door. Unfortunately, the only way he could repair it would be to order a complete door assembly to the tune of over $600. We opted to purchase a new dryer. He was very knowledgeable and informative.

Steven was great - efficient and honestly told me what he could not do. AAA came highly recommend and I would echo that recommendation and use them again,.

Joe was wonderful! He came the next day to assess the problem. He ordered the parts needed and updated us once they arrived. The job was finished before the 1st company was even going showing up.

The fan in my GE oven died. Isaac from AAA Appliance Service Center came out and took it apart. He had to order parts and come back to finish it a few days later. Isaac was professional, friendly, and very good at his job. He was excellent in all ways. I highly recommend AAA for your appliance needs.

David was excellent. Found the problem quickly and fixed it. He even found problems I didn't realize were a problem and fixed them too! He was very practical and obviously has a lot of experience fixing appliances.

The technician was friendly and efficient. The repair was completed in one day. The cost of the flat labor rate is extremely expensive however.

We had an ice maker on our refrigerator go out and called on our warranty for it. AAA and Pete came out to fix it., with Pete making a return trip with the ice maker kit. He was courteous and professional and did the job well. AAA kept us informed of the appointment times by email. This company provides quality work and customer service.

They did the work fine but the technician was absolutely horrible person. If fixing the washing machine wasn't so urgent we would have kicked them out. Steven had the gall to tell my wife to stop working in the next room and leave because he doesn't like someone overseeing his work. Pretty much all our interactions with him was offensive.

On time & fixed the first time. I won't call anyone else.

Dave was amazing. It took two trips because we had to wait for a part. He wasn't able to tell me the cost since the website was down when he tried, but I received a text about 30 minutes after he left. Not only did he fix my Paykel and Fisher oven, but he took a moment to listen to my fridge and then helped me to level it so it would close better. He was friendly, wore shoe covers, explained everything to me and even played with my dog for a minute when he was finished. When I called to make the appointment, they were very nice and accommodating with my schedule. Will definitely call them again.

Technician was punctual and diagnosed the problem quickly. The dryer was repaired once the new part came in.

Did not go well. He showed up and looked a the unit. He claimed it was repaired, but he never let it cycle an entire cycle and when we tried it, the unit failed again. Upon leaving he said that if it failed again, it would be a over $500 repair (computer processor of some sort). We looked online and found that a little disassembly is suggested, along with a simple cleaning of a filter as the first thing to try. We did and now it works.

Freezer was not fixed but no blame goes to AAA. They've kept me informed all along the way.

The AAA professional was first rate in every respect. I would give this company a 10; and would hire them for any appliance repairs from now on.

An honest, helpful company! Dave came out to look at our Dacor fridge which was not cooling properly. He found the problem quickly, and alerted us that the fridge likely was still under warranty with the company we bought it from. That saved us over $600 in repair costs! We'll absolutely use this company again.

Ivan was terrific - he was on time, polite, wore a mask, completed the repair, explained what he did and went beyond - our plumber had misconnected a cable and Ivan fixed the issue - no additional charge. Great company to work with. Reliable!

Our tech, Braydon, was prompt, friendly and professional. His knowledge seemed up to par and he was very good about explaining the problems he saw with the dishwasher and what we should expect moving forward. I was impressed and the experience really exceeded my expectations. Not sure how much he is making but it’s probably not enough. AAA alliance is a solid operation that I will definitely be using in the future and I have to problem at all recommending them to anyone who has an issue with their appliances.

After calling the manufacturer (LG) since the motor still had 3 years under warranty, they recommended AAA Appliance Service Center as one of their authorized companies for repairs. Everyone was pleasant and professional--from the initial call and scheduling to the technician's visit. I did have to wait a little over a week for a technician to come out to diagnose the problem, but they were able to come earlier in the day than scheduled. Ivan, the technician was terrific. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and polite. While inspecting the motor under the machine, he noticed that the bolts holding the motor in place were very loose and coming off. He double-checked that all the related parts were in good condition and then tightened up the bolts. He ran a spin cycle with the machine empty and it worked perfectly. The service charge for the visit (which was lower than other competitors) is good for 30 days if any other problems occur. I've since done 5 loads of laundry and the machine is once again working perfectly. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company.

The oven was fixed right away but the parts for Microwave were delayed resulting in waiting for over a month. This was unavoidable as the repairman had to order multiple parts for our microwave. Still very happy with the result. As we had home warranty to cover this repair our out of pocket cost was $100 per appliance

Not what I wanted to hear but basically full replacement of refrigerant components are needed so cheaper to buy a new refrigerator.

They did a good job. He came out to the house twice and it was a real good work.
