Ivan was terrific - he was on time, polite, wore a mask, completed the repair, explained what he did and went beyond - our plumber had misconnected a cable and Ivan fixed the issue - no additional charge. Great company to work with. Reliable!

Our tech, Braydon, was prompt, friendly and professional. His knowledge seemed up to par and he was very good about explaining the problems he saw with the dishwasher and what we should expect moving forward. I was impressed and the experience really exceeded my expectations. Not sure how much he is making but it’s probably not enough. AAA alliance is a solid operation that I will definitely be us...

After calling the manufacturer (LG) since the motor still had 3 years under warranty, they recommended AAA Appliance Service Center as one of their authorized companies for repairs. Everyone was pleasant and professional--from the initial call and scheduling to the technician's visit. I did have to wait a little over a week for a technician to come out to diagnose the problem, but they were able t...

The oven was fixed right away but the parts for Microwave were delayed resulting in waiting for over a month. This was unavoidable as the repairman had to order multiple parts for our microwave. Still very happy with the result. As we had home warranty to cover this repair our out of pocket cost was $100 per appliance
