I liked that they came to my house and responded quickly to my inquiry.  They were accommodating to my schedule.  They carried all the stuff including the shredder. The person who came was very nice and very helpful.  He reassured me everything would be destroyed and made sure that I was happy with what he had done.

I arrived, went to the reception who sent out a person with a large, wheeled container. I placed the documents in the container -- she would have done so, had I wished -- wheeled the container back into the building, accepted payment and provided a receipt. I left.

The agent was professional, quick, and courteous. And, their fee was fair. It was such a convenience to have the destruction done at my office rather than having to take the files to another location. I have used them in the past and will use them again when needed.

The service representative took my boxes of documents, emptied them in a large bin and when filled the bin was placed in the truck and he watched the destruction on a monitor to make sure all documents were shredded. I had two bins of documents for shredding the whole process took less than 20 minutes.

I called Accurate and spoke with a representative in their office. She explained the process and took down my information . The dispatcher called be back the same day to set up a date and time for service. A price was quoted for the work. On the appointed date, the dispacher called to notify me that the truck was on the way. The entire process took 20 min. I paid with a personal check. Everything went very smoothly. It sure beat spending hours and hours shredding this much paper by myself. Definitely worth the price.

They are local. They are on time and they shred your documents. I have been using them for four years. They destroy the documents as needed. They certainly make it easy as they come to the house to do it. It is a really great service. They destroy my corporate documents. They also give receipts that show that I destroyed this which is nice. They do a nice job. The thing that most people want to know about them is you can actually witness them doing it and they do shred it as you don't have to worry about confidentiality as they destroy all that for you. You can watch it in front of your eyes. They are easy to call them and put your documents in like a loader and recycle comes in. They dump it into the truck and in half an hour to 45 minutes they are gone. It is a very nice process. It is very simple. I never had a problem with them.

We were moving and we did not want to just throw away all of our personal information. They came to our home to do it for us, they did a great job and showed up when they said they would.

It went incredibly smoothly. Eveyrone I spoke or worked with was kind and responsive. I called on a Wednesday and they came out the following Friday within the time frame they had given me. It was as easy as our driver taking the boxes to the truck, shredding and us signing a release form.

Great service from beginning to the end. The contact at the office was polite and helpful as I placed the order for the service. His pricing quote was accurate, so I knew up front what to expect in terms of cost. When the driver arrived at my home, he was courteous and efficient. I watched as the documents were destroyed right in my driveway. Great service. So convenient as they come right to the house. I would hire again.

The gentleman driving the truck was at my house first thing in the morning as promised. He wheeled everything from my garage to the truck, dumped it into the machine, and shredded it before my eyes. He flattened the boxes and took them away as well. You were able to see the shredded material in the back of the truck. Every person at the company, right from the woman who answered the phone, was terrific. I would recommend them without reservation.
