Went great. Nick was able to come the same day. He was polite and pleasant to work with. Fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. Nick called 15 minutes before arriving, quickly identified the problem and repaired the dryer very quickly. Nick is an excellent repair professional that charges a fair price for excellent work!

I called Nick because the washing machine was clicking during the washing cycle. Nick called me back, and he was able to fit me into his schedule on that very same day. He right away diagnosed the problem and he was able to fix it within 30 minutes. He also applied the Angie's list coupon automatically. Nick has worked on serveral of my appliances. He is always thorough and he quickly repairs the items. He is indeed an expert in his field! His prices are always reasonable, and I do appreciate that. He also tries to come out as soon as he can which is so helpful when you depend on your appliances. Thanks again, Nick for all of your help!!

He did a great job. The dryer works great and I was advised even though it's old, it's a Whirlpool and will last for years so it was worth fixing. Honest and professional

Nick knew exactly how to deal with my Kenmore Washer & Dryer. He diagnosed the issue with the dryer almost immediately, & was able to fix & replace the parts due to the fact that he had all the parts in his van. He explained everything to me as he went along. He was able to come the next day, instead of me having to wait much longer for Sears to come. I would definitely recommend Nick & hire him again.

Excellent experience! Same day service where other companies were trying to push a rather important repair to the following week. My primary concern was was addressed effectively and quickly. So I mentioned a second, less pressing, concern with another appliance. He knew immediately what the problem was and my secondary appliance repair was also addressed in the same visit. Definitely over and above service at a fair price.

S & S (Nick) contacted me promptly, scheduled a time to visit and allowed me to reschedule easily when I had a conflict. Nick kept in touch to confirm our appointment, and notified me 15-20 minutes before he arrived. He had the replacement part on his truck and replaced it quickly. Great communication, and prompt, courteous service throughout. I highly recommend S & S.

It was easy to get a date/time scheduled. Call was made to let me know he was on the way. Oven was fixed quickly, cost was much cheaper than ABT, and Nick was very courteous. Looked at a couple other appliances and gave some advice free of charge.

Nick promptly responded to my request for service and came out at the time we set up. However he could not duplicate the problem but did try his best, running it through several different cycles. Only charged for a service call which I thought was very reasonable for the amount of time he spent.

Excellent. Have had Nick and S&S over now to repair both a refrigerator and a dryer. Each time, Nick identifies the issue, resolves it as quickly and efficiently as possible, and leaves the appliance in better condition than he found it. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Nick arrived on time, was professional, and friendly. He had the parts needed in his truck, and even replaced part of my dryer vent pipe when we noticed it was crushed between the back of the dryer and the wall, keeping the dryer from venting properly. I would highly recomment S&S service.

I called yesterday, Friday night about 6pm. Nick called me back at 6:48pm. He came out the next day and fixed my dryer?. I love owner operator businesses. Nick is a great example of the American spirit and ingenuity.
