Flo is a very talented carpenter and installed a new 16 foot wood banister to the lower level. He also repaired a number of the stair balusters, fixing them in position very nicely. "DAL did great work with our big job! They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. We went with DAL because they had done a deck down the street last year that looked really good, so we didn't really shop around - that said, they probably aren't the cheapest, but any additional cost is evident in the quality of work and ease of experience! Last note - it took most of a year from contract to build start, so plan ahead!"

"Paul and his company MPT Enterprises are the type of remodeling contractor you could ever hope for. Being our first full remodeling projects, we were nervous about shoddy workmanship and cutting corners. Paul is not about any of that. He treated our projects as if he was constructing in his own home. From day one he communicated his daily expectations and any impacts we needed to be aware of. He always responded to questions and communicated well via text and pictures while we were both at work. He was flexible with project changes and always provided his feedback based upon his experience. Paul and his protege Martin always arrived on schedule and were flexible working around our busy schedules. We found them both to be very trustworthy in our home after we got to know them. They insisted on keeping the work area and rest of the house as clean as possible during the project. At the end of each day they would roll up all drop clothes and vacuum around the area. Both Paul and Martin are extremely skilled craftsmen for which we were great full for. They laid out our tile and discussed options with staggering the pattern. Their skills at cutting and placing the tile to the requested pattern were flawless. In addition, their grouting and caulking lines were very smooth and clean. They also excelled with their carpentry skills which showed on our recessed medicine cabinet and new vanities. Thanks to their dedication and detailed work, both of our bathrooms exceeded our original expectations. We both liked Paul's work and attitude so much, that we asked him to look at a sliding patio door problem at my mothers home. Paul stopped by a few days later and ended up replacing all the rollers on the door to get it working smoothly again as opposed to totally replacing the door. He is an all around skilled tradesman that has served our needs well, and we recommend him and his company MPT Enterprises."

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

"Everything was great, the whole project took about two months. We were able to do more with the kitchen than I thought originally. We were able to remove the wall completely and add a support beam in the ceiling. I even had a master carpenter friend of mine check their work and he said everything looked great. When I found imperfections Salvador was quick to respond and have his guys fix it. He pays attention to make sure everything is straight and symmetrical. Mike Garman was meticulous and detailed about his work.   In areas where carpentry and repairs were necessary he was very helpful in advising me (the homeowner) regarding the need for repair and assisting me complete the necessary repairs.  He advised us in advance regarding his schedule and staging, and he completed each stage on time and as promised.

We originally found Mike Garman on Angie?s list a few years ago and he did some interior painting for us.  We liked working with him so well that we contacted him for our much larger project, a complete exterior painting of our historic district house.

"Outstanding service.  Installed on time as the order stated.  We used them several months ago to do our outdated reach in closets and they did a great job.  We decided to contact Rich the designer again to see what he could do with our basic shelving in our laundry room. He asked a few questions and emailed us the design that night.  No pressure sales and presented to us what he could build and we got to pick and chose what we wanted completed.  The day of the installation went really well.  Steve came out and installed the shelving.  He also did the install on the initial project we did for our closets.  Quality instal with absolutely no issues.  We would use them again, but we have ran out of closets and storages areas.  I would recommend them to my family and friends.
