He asked a few questions and emailed us the design that night.  No pressure sales and presented to us what he could build and we got to pick and chose what we wanted completed.  The day of the installation went really well.  Steve came out and installed the shelving.  He also did the install on the initial project we did for our closets.  Quality instal with absolutely no issues.  We would use them again, but we have ran out of closets and storages areas.  I would recommend them to my family and friends.
