"Contacted them to by phone on 7/16/21 at about 9:30 am was told the estimators were busy but was asked to send an email of photo's I had of the problem as well as my contact info and estimator would be in touch. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). This was a complex project, involving washing wallpaper adhesive off the walls prior to painting and painting lots of wooden surfaces (wooden paneling and baseboards, door trims, and windows trims). His team knocked it out of the park! They were very neat and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend him!"

"The quoting process was very smooth and I had two choices, only top surfaces or top and bottom. I chose the more expensive top and bottom surfaces because the porches were installed 2 years ago and had never been stained or sealed. They were up front about when they might slot me in. When weather delayed them, they communicated the updated dates. They called to confirm. I asked for a specific product and they worked with me on that. They were very respectful of my house, yard, plantings and even moved around some super heavy planters and furniture that was difficult to remove. The project looks great and they finished faster than they anticipated."
