"All of the floor joists in my family room were rotted and/or collapsing due to prolonged water damage. Atlas staff, including the salesman Jim and engineer reviewed the situation and recommended a waterproof membrane and pitching the sidewalk on one side of the building away from the building. When water tested this only provided a partial fix of the problem. We eventually decided on drain tile and adding a concrete sidewall around the entire perimeter. This appears to have been the addition step needed. Only time will tell. There is a 10 warranty against water seepage. Robert and his team were great to work with. They were timely and responsive to my questions and concerns. The project took a little longer than expected due to having to add the drain tile and additional walk way.

"Steve and his crew arrived on time. The work area was confined by landscaping and an evergreen tree and mulch covered the area. The work included digging a 6ft by 6ft opening to seal the foundation with 2 rubber membranes. After the work was completed, the work area was restored to its original appearance including the mulch. We were impressed with the restoration to its original appearance, in fact it was impossible to detect a 6x6ft area had been excavated. We were very impressed with this job and crew.

"I just bought a house in Glenview. I was looking for a company that could install a drainage solution to one side of my house. The grade runs towards the north side of the house causing excess water runoff and potential seepage into the basement. I did my research and found ULB-DRY Waterproofing. I have to say that the entire process was absolutely flawless. Their estimator came out to assess the situation and provide solutions. They had to come out a second time to perform a site survey to make sure their solution would work properly (making sure there was enough pitch from the front of the property to the back to drain the water). Once everything was assessed we scheduled a day for their crew to come out to perform the work (installing a french drain to move excess water build up away from the side of the house). They also connected one of my gutter downspouts to the pipe to drain that water away also. The crew was very professional, hard working, and technically sound. Not many companies have all these attributes. They really knew what they were doing. This company is awesome.

"I was in the process of trying to sell my rental property when an inspection flagged a basement wall that was bulging and needing to be repaired. I had great difficulty in trying to find a service provider that could repair it as it was a stone foundation from the late 1800's. I was greatly relieved when Crack Attack was able to do so. I was very pleased with the process for getting an estimate. Mike was prompt and very efficient. The process they were going to use to fix the bulging foundation wall was very thorough and complete and their price was very competitive. Mike was always quick to answer my messages and was extremely professional in dealing with me.
