Ivan and his team-mate did a good job in taking down my existing awnings and replacing them with the new ones I had purchased. They were even accommodating when I wanted to sand and paint the underlying wood to which one of the awnings was going to be mounted; while they worked on the other awning. There were a few hiccups of not having the right size drillbit and tools since the awnings were atypical. But, Ivan managed to find the parts at ace and with some help from my neighbor, all was well! The service was excellent throughout the process.. Never an issue with follow-up. They were proactive in keeping us informed . Our designer Tammy helped us maximize our space and select a few upgrades that were worth the modest cost increase. We painted the closet a dark background and chose a muted white color for the structure. In the early days I would open the door just to have a peek. The space is organized to make it easy to keep tidy. and it looks so good that you feel inspired to do so. The installers did a great job with attention to detail .A+ from the initial phone call to the final product . The installers did a fabulous job and cleaned up impeccably. This was a great experience from the first phone call to the final product."

"They completed the entire roofing project in two days time. However, the inside trim work around the skylights has been delayed for three weeks. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see."
