His estimate was detailed and showed that he understood the root cause (concrete block footing vs 42" pier now required under code). I agreed with his repair approach. Adam and his team did a great job on the repair, there were no surprises and deck and roof are now level. His main carpenter Ivan was especially good, meticulous. I am very happy with Belmont and would hire them again."
