I found Chicagoland Home Products three years ago when my house was being built and I was not happy with the closet shelving gentleman that was hired by the builder to do all the closet shelving. I searched and found Chicagoland Products and met with Zach to discuss what I wanted in the closet shelving design. Zach listened carefully and got the designs perfect. We spent several hours at the house going through all the closet spaces, pantry and storage areas. That evening Zach had emailed me the drawings for all the closets; we tweaked a couple things and the drawings were complete the next day. I was amazed at how quickly he had drawings for me. I am immensely pleased with the closets, and especially pleased that the pricing was better than the builder's contractor. The builder has been using Chicagoland Home Products ever since to install closet systems in his houses and condos. The slat board storage system in my garage was the best decision I have ever made - storage is a big problem living in the city and that system has solved that problem... it is wonderful. My window treatments are beautiful. And again, exactly like the closets and the garage, I had a design meeting with Zach at the house and he had drawings and pricing for me in a day. "The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the whole basement (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, storage, play area, tv area and bar/kitchen in addition to building it out. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work are impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built all the shelves and wine rack in the bar area and built a frame around the chalkboard paint int he kids area. They stayed on schedule unless there was something out of their control holding them up (I had some issues with the countertops). I would highly recommend this professional team."

"The craftsmanship is excellent. The time it took to finish the project exceeded expectations. The budget was also greatly exceeded. If possible, monitor and try to control the communications with the building inspector as they could inadvertantly steer you in the wrong direction. The primary reason for the negatives is that Roman had no experience with the product and the product creates many challenges for the carpenter/installer. Those negatives aside, the work outcome as I first stated is excellent. Roman is a stickler for measuring and doing things right all while learning the product on the job. The deck is beautiful."
