Secondly, he was very personable and direct in inspecting the project in question and provided a quote, which included materials and labor. We set a date for the job to be completed and he called to confirm the start date. On the day of the project, Frank arrived right within the time frame given and went straight to work. Before starting, he helped us deciding the material by providing quotes using cedar and composite. We decided to use cedar for both deck and pergola, and we love how it came out. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer.
