"Osmans Carpentry is excellent. Val came to the site and gave a very fair estimate of the work and the price. Communication is excellent. Flo is a very talented carpenter and installed a new 16 foot wood banister to the lower level. He also repaired a number of the stair balusters, fixing them in position very nicely. Super efficient worker who is very talented. Would hire them again without hesitation."

"They did a great job replacing and securing old drywall in our garage. They installed an electrical outlet which works perfectly but his suggestion, to make it easier, was to use BX which is not code in the area. Luckily I knew that because my parents would have gone with it unknowingly. I definitely wouldn’t hire them for carpentry work. We had a prehung front entry door put in and screen door reinstalled. We ended up having to have someone else come out and redo the job because they installed it so out of square that you could see daylight and the screen door wouldn’t close unless you pushed it with all your weight. They didn’t replace the interior trim or the piece of flooring they pulled out. They did a good job installing the peephole, mail slot and handle. Would recommend for small jobs but nothing too involved. Definitely not electric or carpentry."

"We contracted H&MH to paint, finish some drywall, and put flooring down in our basement on a tight budget. The unfinished ceiling was painted too, which was not an easy task. All the work turned out great and way better than expected. Andy suggested flooring that was a perfect choice. We really love how it turned out. All of the crew were polite, professional, and hard working. Everything was done on time and under budget. We’ve hired this company for several projects and we’ve never been disappointed. "DAL did great work with our big job! They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. We went with DAL because they had done a deck down the street last year that looked really good, so we didn't really shop around - that said, they probably aren't the cheapest, but any additional cost is evident in the quality of work and ease of experience! Last note - it took most of a year from contract to build start, so plan ahead!"

CCCM was a great company to deal with.  The estimates were accurate and thorough. All the sources they sent us to were easy to work with and well priced. The workman sent to our house were well trained and did high quality work.  They were considerate and always did their best to keep the chaos of construction confined.  The work was completed in the time frame they gave us.

The estimate CCCM gave us was not the lowest but they were accurate. The other estimates we got were both under estimated and costs cut in areas we specifically asked for something different.

The owners Jody and Terry were so easy to work with.  They offered advice when needed, listened to what I wanted, and paid attention to every detail.

I have a beautiful kitchen, of great quality without extravagance.

"We hired Grandview Construction to remove and replace the columns on our front porch. We met with Jeremy to discuss the design, and he was able to create exactly the look we were going for. In addition to building beautiful new custom columns and railing, Jeremy and crew painted some of the brick trim on our home. We are thrilled with the result! Many of our neighbors have requested Jeremy's info, as they were so taken with his work. The process start to finish was positive; Jeremy was responsive and communicative, and there were no surprises. Would definitely hire again for future projects."

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

"Everything was great, the whole project took about two months. We were able to do more with the kitchen than I thought originally. We were able to remove the wall completely and add a support beam in the ceiling. I even had a master carpenter friend of mine check their work and he said everything looked great. When I found imperfections Salvador was quick to respond and have his guys fix it. He pays attention to make sure everything is straight and symmetrical.
