"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. "I have been a Four Seasons customer for about 20 years, and normally I have been very pleased with their performance and responsiveness. This last encounter has been a disaster from the start as described below. I am happy to say however, that Four Seasons Customer Service reached out to me to rectify the issue, which was satisfactorily enough for me to revise my rating. My AC issue was mis-diagnosed resulting in unnecessarily having to endure 90 plus degree temperatures for four days. Mind you, this occurred 5 weeks after my tune up. I was told the compressor needed replacement, then my appointment to install a new one was cancelled because the parts were not in and nobody notified me. The first person I spoke to about the missed appointment gave me an attitude and no resolution. Second diagnosis by two technicians was the coil had a leak. Another day of 90 degree waiting and had the coil replaced by a third technician. I am still not sure that my AC has been fixed however because after three hours of running the unit it did not feel like it was blowing cold air as it used to. Hard to tell as the temperatures have been too low to use the AC. Hopefully we will have a warm spell so I can know for sure and I will change my review to recommend."

"We would absolutely hire Toptec again. They were easy to contact and set up time with for our appointment. The man that came to our house, (Dr.)Dre, showed up promptly and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to literally explain every piece of our furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner (we're new homeowners) and answer any questions we had for him. He examined everything quite thoroughly and gave recommendations for any parts that needed replacing. You can tell that he is passionate and knowledgable about what he does. He even took the time to power wash down our air conditioner and remove a lovely dead mouse that was stuck in there. I will definitely be requesting Dre to come back for anything we have done!
