"Good morning, Mr. [Member Name Removed]! Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt we were trying to upsell you. We recommend the product that applies to your home, The humidifer noted in the ad was for a AA500 manual. If your home is over 1500 square feet, the application of a AA500 wouldn't work for your home. It was also noted in the ad that there is an additional charge for any additional sheet metal work. I am not sure where this miscommunication happened in 2017, but I am sorry it did. If you ever need us in the future, please dont hesitate to call 630-AWESOME."
