"I recently hired Norpro to gut and rehab my bathroom and install new vinyl plank kitchen floor. Norman came and quickly grasped the essentials of the project. His estimate is the most reasonable one out of the 3 bids I got. They started on the day they promised, not a day of delay. The contractors working on the project are very skillful and professional. "Nermin was timely in bidding, starting and completing the project. This project was large and required working around a very strict work schedule as imposed by my condo association. He was informative when explaining why certain planned design options would have to be modified to accommodate an unknown issue discovered during the demolition process. Was accommodating when materials needed to be picked up, often offering to retrieve them on my behalf. Also, he made himself available to meet contractors when needed to perform specialized work outside the scope of his bid. Work site cleanup was great. No residual damage was noted upon project completion. I really enjoyed working with a Nermin and Sons."

"After at least 5 estimates, RC brothers while not the least expensive, instilled a great sense of confidence in me that they were knowledgeable and most of all, great with customer service and communication. The work was done as promised, within the time frame they estimated and any questions handled easily via Text or phone call. Both Claudiu and his brother Ruben were great to work with as well as their sub contractors for tile and plumbing. In addition to skill level, peace of mind for me was paramount. Highly recommend."

"Chester and his team were very respectful of working in our home while we were also working from home. They were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue, including completely replacing all the cabinets that had been damaged beyond repair. Job was done in a timely manner - especially given the extent of the water damage. Chester and his team were the only contractors who agreed to take on the repairs, after we had several contractors/companies say the job was too big for them. 10/10 would hire again (though hopefully we won't need to!)"
