"Shavitz is great. They're not the least expensive place you can find, but you get what you pay for. They are always punctual, and the technicians are always helpful, professional, and polite. I have used them to repair a leaky duct and they were prompt about completing the work, which is great because I needed to schedule drywall work once they were finished. I recently had my AC go out on a really hot 95º day, and they were admittedly busy, but a tech came to my house and stayed until 9-9:30pm to making sure our air conditioner was working. He also recognized a leak and they quickly processed our warranty claim that was set to expire in the next two weeks. Problem totally fixed in less than a week. Good contractors are hard to come by - I couldn't ask for anything more."

"As always, Mr. Duct kept in touch before hand, showed up absolutely on time, worked efficiently, and charged a very fair modest rate. The technician also noticed one or two things that we were trying to deal with (other than the furnace) and offered solutions with the equipment on hand. Saved us another call to another place! I'll have then back to clean the a/c and do our ducts (as they've done in past)"

"Replaced capacitor. Still didn't work, so we were looking at ac replacement. Before we did, technician continued to experiment by cooling of the compressor with the garden hose and it worked! Saved me thousands in replacement costs."

"My Air air conditioning stopped working last night call this morning on a Sunday they where here in 20 minutes and had me up and running in a half an hour had the part on the truck great service excellent attitude they didn't gouge me or break the bank because it was a Sunday.

"We were very happy with American Family. Their bid was competitive and the installation of our new air conditioner went very smoothly. They removed the existing system and were great about not destroying our landscape. We had them install the new system in a new location, away from the back patio.
