Although the assistant threw the old chimney cap in the yard and left it there, we are overall extremely pleased with A1 Chimney. They gave me a number of remedies for potential problems inside the chimney and told me to heat the chimney first before adding the logs. They gave me some written info on potential repairs, explained in detail. They took photos all the way thru the process and showed me before and after inside and out. "Sam arrived on time and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and also made good recommendations. After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year.
