"We are sorry to hear you feel that way, Ursela. According to our phone call records, you called on July 1st at 3:05pm and requested an appointment for the afternoon of July 8th. On that day, we tried calling you and TJ several times to tell you we had a plumber ready to send for your appointment and we left several voicemail messages amongst your two phone numbers. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you and no one was home to meet the plumber. A week later you called again on July 15th at 1:15pm and asked to reschedule the missed appointment for July 22nd. We agreed to do so, but told you the only appointment we had available was at 7:30am and you would need to be able to answer your phone between 7 and 7:15 when we call to confirm someone will be home to meet the plumber this time. You hesitated, but you agreed to it and assured that you and TJ would be together that morning and would both be available. On the morning of the 22nd we tried to send a plumber to you for the second attempt at your scheduled appointment, and once again neither you nor TJ answered any of our numerous phone calls or voicemail messages until several hours after your scheduled appointment when we were no longer able to accommodate you. We are sorry to hear you feel inconvenienced by that, but hopefully this helps to clarify some of the confusion regarding the scheduled times of your appointment(s)."
