Great thanks Technicians TONY and TYLER! This service rang ALL the bells. They were very professional and pleasant. I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. They were right on time and easy to schedule. They use the best quality parts that will last for years. If you need any plumbing done definitely give them a call and/or schedule through their website. Great people, great service, and the right price! Easy to schedule and prompt on time.

I called them out based on your recommendation. They asked for payment credit card info right off the bat. I thought that was odd. They call to tell me they need to run a camera into the swear line to diagnose the issue, they assured me they would send pictures of what the camera took along with an estimate via email. After 24 hours of not receiving this info I called back to find out what the hold up was as they had already charged me. Mind you they came out to the property on July 22. The first time I called they told me they would get to me with the pics and estimate that day. Didn’t get it I called again to enquirer on the 24th about my estimate and to tell them water continues to backup. She assured me that I’d get the estimate that day and that they were just busy. Here it is August 11 and I have not heard a word. I haven’t gotten any pictures or an estimate. This is ridiculous because now I have to pay someone else to use their camera to diagnose the problem when I already paid them for it.

I was not happy with the price or the tech who came out. The tech’s suggestion was that he needs to use a camera in the sewer line because the tenant told him that this sewer clogged 2-3 yrs. ago and he felt he needed to camera it so he can see what’s going on. When he called me he was going to charge $350 to rod it and $290 extra to camera the sewer. I told him no it was too expensive and the sewer line didn’t need to be camera’d. He wasn’t happy and proceeded to tell the tenants on his way out that the landlord didn’t want to spend $350 to have their sewer taken care of. The tenant immediately texted me and threatened to call the health Dept. because of what the tech said. After I hung up with the tech I immediately looked for someone else and did find someone who went out an hour later, cleaned it for $200 and said no camera was necessary because roots grow in sewer lines all the time. That’s exactly what I told the tech from Young Plumbing since this has to be done every other year on my other properties that I manage. Will never call Young again and will not refer them.

I had problems with other plumbers wanting to tell me how THEY wanted to finish my project and how it should be done. Paul and Shane listened to my description as to the scope of the work. surveyed the project, conferred with me, we agreed to complete it without argument. Glad to have it completed in a fashion consistent with my original goal and plan.

Tom was excellent. He was very polite, cleaned everything up, and told us what the problem was. He gave excellent advice and was most professional. We hired another company last year who had charged us twice the amount. We would highly recommend them and will hire them once a year to clean the tree roots out.

They were very professional and was done in less than one hour. It was a same day service. They answered any questions they had. But prior to that service, our bathroom was flooded and I called them and they advised me to turn off the water valve.

Good news/bad news - this is an honest company. Work was performed as bid, nothing exceptional - no add-on expenses. Hard working people. The clause regarding no repair to landscaping should be taken seriously...lol!!

I could not ask for a better experience from a plumbing contractor. The technician, Tony, was prompt, courteous, extremely quick in assessing the problem and getting my old water heater replaced. Valerie, who was the phone representative that took my initial call, was so helpful and kind to me. Not to mention, their pricing was very reasonable and more than competitive in our market. I will certainly be using Young Plumbing again for my home and I am going to spread the word to my neighbors and friends if they need a great plumber. Just a very satisfying experience on every aspect of their service.

It went ok at the beginning. A week later we wanted to replace the kitchen sink. In fact I made the appt same day when the plumber from Young plumbing was replacing the faucet. When the contractor came he was unable to replace it because the plumber who installed the faucet took the special wrench that came with the faucet from Delta with him without even asking me. We bought the faucet ourselves. He knew that we would replacing the sink this week. Now we are without the usable kitchen sink for many days until we get the special wrench back from Young Plumbing.
