"The entire process went pretty well. Bob (sales) called ahead of the appointed time in order to arrive early (yea!), and the installation team (JJ and two younger guys) arrived a bit earlier than expected (yea!). They quickly moved my big furniture and removed the old carpeting and pad. About seven hours later I had brand new carpeting to walk on! After I thoroughly vacuumed the new carpeting I didn't find any real problems except for one visible "seam peak" in the main floor area (and I believe this may become less visible over time)."

However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished. By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly installing all the shoe molding. They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing. They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
