They showed up on time and did the repair quickly and professionally. Because this is the second time in five years that compressor capacitor failed (note another company did first repair) he recommended a compressor and capacitor life extender kit. Came up with great price.

Replaced 38 year old gas furnace, duct work and installed new smart thermostat. Anthony was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The 3 technicians did the work in 8 hours and cleaned up everything carefully. Anthony also cleaned my insert fireplace pilot light and helped me start the pilot light as a bonus! Highly recommend Perfect Star.

Best company. The installed heat pump to replace my central heating and air conditioning. They service it annually. It works extremely well.

Experienced service tech performed complete system diagnostic tests then came back to install needed system new airflow ductwork blanket insulation. Friendly and very competent work, explanations, and advice on future continuing service maintenance contract.

Jasper is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and nice. Iâ  ve used another company for 12 years and have never had this level of service. I feel confident in using Perfect Star and signed a long term contract.

Goo was awesome!

Perfect Star did a fine job. The only problem is that the work was done on a rental property. The tenant was a bit grumpy as to the experience of putting in new registers for the heating system and the cleanup. Otherwise, I would hire Perfect Star again.
