I am so happy we chose Perfect Star to install a new HVAC system. From start to finish, this company is top notch. The sales person, Gilbert, was honest, trustworthy friendly and professional. His quote was competitive and fair. When the team arrive to install the new system, they were absolutely the most professional team we have ever employed for construction type work. The technicians were Jesus G, JT and Tyler. Each one was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, detailed, respectful of our house, and polite. They cleaned up everything after they finished, ensuring the house was returned to its original state. We received estimates from five HVAC companies. The Perfect Star rep Gilbert gave us confidence in the company’s ability to deliver excellent service. He offered a great package, and we wanted to support a local business. They donate to many local charities, and that was a big plus too. I highly recommend Perfect Star.

Gustavo was great! Showed up in the appointment time range. Introduced himself and was very clean and professional. Before he made entrance, he placed coverings over his shows, not to track any dirt or debris inside.
He promptly went to work and fixed the problems I had. He also showed me how to clean the air filters with my AC mini split system.

Replaced 38 year old gas furnace, duct work and installed new smart thermostat. Anthony was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The 3 technicians did the work in 8 hours and cleaned up everything carefully. Anthony also cleaned my insert fireplace pilot light and helped me start the pilot light as a bonus! Highly recommend Perfect Star.
