His assistant installed a high-quality chimney cap with a lifetime warranty. We are very happy to have that taken care of to guard against rodents, etc., getting in the house through the chimney. Although the assistant threw the old chimney cap in the yard and left it there, we are overall extremely pleased with A1 Chimney. "We called Superior Chimney to clean and inspect our chimney and gas fireplace and clean our dryer vent. Technicians Patrick & Lou called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were very friendly and explained in great detail what they would be doing. "Late Friday afternoon we found out there were 2 gas leaks at separate sides of the house, and our gas was shut off. After researching what service fixes gas leaks (plumber shockingly!), we reached out to Precision Today. We were contacted the same day, and they were out the following morning. "Sam arrived on time and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and also made good recommendations. After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. He immediately checked the connections of the pipe for the dryer and found one wasn’t sealed and there was a gas leak.
