"Walter was easy and great to work with. We had a water leak in our first floor ceiling and we had 3 different plumbers come out to diagnose the cause and none of them could figure it out.
Walter was the only one able to diagnose the problem. Turns out the pipe supplying cold water to the upstairs shower was leaking in the drywall. Unfortunately that drywall is between a shower and bath tub. So the shower had to be replaced in the process of getting to the leaking pipe. Even when we weren’t certain replacing the shower was the right move, Walter was patient with us and was not pushy. They replaced shower, fixed the leaking pipe and repaired the drywall of the first floor celing. The job was completed in a day and half."

"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."
