Recently, I noticed a chip in the tub floor, probably from a dropped bottle, and that in some spots the caulk had separated. So I contacted them again to schedule a time to repair it. Again, our technician Jorge, the same person who did the original work, was right on time, exceptionally polite, and completed the work efficiently. In fact, he was done in about 30 minutes. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"
