"Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. "This is the second time we have used Modern View. just like before mark was very punctual and explained what he thought was the best countertop for the job. He directed us to his warehouse where a variety of quartz stones were available to chose from. Anna, who was an employee, did a wonderful job assisting us in finding the right color stone. Mark's workers came a couple of weeks later and in a two hour period of time removed the old countertops and bar sink and replaced them with the new quartz countertops and a new bar sink. things could not have gone better. My wife and I are very happy with the result. We have recommended Modern View to all of our friends and relatives."
