"Don and Carol came out and priced the entire bathroom. The scope was reduced and Don re-estimated. Project Scope: New Bathtub and Remove/Replace Ceramic Floor Tile. Ken did work; I was not present to interface with Ken, but Don was available to report progress/ask questions daily. Final Outcome: Excellent."

"Gorgeous work!! Friendly and confident workers. We are SUPER happy with our new bathtub and shower wall. We loved our sales rep, and the installer was great too. They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ?? we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! A lot less splashing on the floor. So thankful for all of the hard work put into this for us!!"

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"We've been living in our home for about five years, and the bathroom was one of those projects we kept saying we'd eventually get around to. The old bathtub and shower were still usable, but they were definitely showing their age and didn't really match the way we wanted our home to look anymore. We finally decided it was time to replace our old bathtub and shower. Century City Baths made the process easy, and the installation turned out beautifully. "Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. Excel made my wife happy, which made me happy later on that night & that night our patio doors were changed to the ones she wanted!!! Thanks Excel!!"
