"We have a VERY old bathtub in our house that was slowly chipping itself away. It was actually pretty gross to the point where we could not bathe and it just looked gross even to shower in.
Nick was our service guy. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was very courteous, explained that he would need to use various power outlets to avoid shorting our fuses and made sure he knew which rooms were on/off limits for this purpose. Further, I work from home and had meeting scheduled through the course of the day while he was here. He did everything he could to keep the noise down, let me know when there was going to be unavoidable noise, and required very little of my attention through the day, which was great.
I honestly did not think our tub could be restored to the condition it's in right now. We had such deep chips that I was sure they would still be visible and they are NOT. It looks like a brand new tub. Nick did a fabulous job and I would not hesitate to bring him back if we needed more work done.
