"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

  I looked into several organizations and searched angies list.  I saw several very good reviews on EXCEL windows so I choose them as one of the companies to bring in for estimates

I thought since EXCEL was based on the south side of the Chicago Land area, that they might have a hard time coming to our house for the estimate.  But once Steve arrived I was completely suprised.  Steve assured me that my location was no problem at all and from there EXCEL did quite an excellent Job.  

EXCEL worked around my schedule, they were always so professional and courteous, and offerred financing to fit my budget. Chris the owner assured me several times that EXCEL would take of everything, and they did.  When an issue arouse between the town and how the windows needed to be placed due to easement requirements by the village, Chris stepped in and gave me a couple of options that he would cover at no expense to me!!!   He worked with the manufacturer and the village to take care of the problem.  Then when it came time for the installation, EXCEL was there again on time and worked around my schedule. 

Their installation team was ontime each morning and worked with me.  They would always make sure things were cleaned up each day and that when they finished the job that I was happy with the result.  The job ended up being 6 days and went very smooth

I can't recommend any organization higher than EXCEL.  In fact, I have decided to purchase my front door from EXCEL as well.
