"We were in the process of selling our home and the inspection had identified some beam and joist issues in the crawl space. We had Atlas Restoration, among several other providers, come out to submit a bid. The Atlas Restoration bid was extremely competitive and they were able and willing to work in the extremely tight time frame we had to provide the buyer with proof of completion.
