"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. Daniel also pointed out some other sewer/plumbing issues that he recommended be fixed in the future (with-out being pushy). I would recommend this company after my experience with them."
