"They were very good. I think it was okay, what they were trying to do is, I have this major plumbing issue in my house, and they were able to figure it out, and they fixed it, and it's okay. They ended up doing more work than we initially estimated. You can say I have a little experience with them, they have been to the house four times I believe. It ended up being like $4000 total because they had to excavate to reach the pipe, and then get it fixed, so that took some time and money, so I will say, all in all I paid $3000-$4000, is all the money I paid to them. I always think they can do cheaper, in the same aspect I was really happy, they were careful, they cleaned when they were done, you know, it was in a reasonable way, because of course I understand they don't want to mop the floors, I thought that everything was in a good enough condition after they were done, so I was able to finish cleaning and whatever else, but it was really okay. They fixed the issue. Their responsiveness was pretty good."

"After the big spring rains, water began seeping into my basement at several locations. I could see tree roots encroaching on the sump pump and assumed that drain tile was clogged resulting in water pressure strong enough to seep through the joint between the foundation wall and the floor. Tim explained that tree roots should be killed off with copper sulfate and that seepage was likely the result of cracks in the foundation wall that are covered up by the drywall.
