Lily and Letty did a great job on a move out deep clean. They arrived with all their equipment and got right to work. We surveyed the apartment together and they asked if there were any specific areas that needed more attention than others. They each worked in their own area of apartment until meeting up in the kitchen which needed a complete clean including all appliances top to bottom. If there were any areas of concern that they could absolutely not get clean, they showed to me and explained why. The explanation made total sense considering how long we resided there. These ladies were very polite and easy to talk with. I would hire this company again in the future if they travel to my new location. The owner followed up with a call to ensure that the work was completed as ordered. Thank you Squeaky Clean.

It went pretty well although 1 gal did a much better job than the other cleaning bathrooms. And I believe they padded the clock by half an hour because we had a disagreement on when they actually started and also they took cigarette breaks. But all in all they worked very hard clean a very dirty kitchen without complaints. I was also impressed that literally a few hours after I went on Angie's List I got a phone call to make the appointment whereas other cleaning people hadn't replied in several days.

The cleaning teams for both the move in cleaning, and then the move out cleaning, were fantastic!! They did such a great job, I have hired them for ongoing cleaning services. They arrive on time (did have one hiccup, but not world ending), go above and beyond, everything is spotless! I couldn't be more pleased with their cleaning teams! So glad I found them, and I would recommend to anyone.

I am a real estate broker and rely on house cleaners often when people move in and out. I was first impressed with their quick response and then with the quality cleaning they did. I don’t have to worry about this company and they do a thorough job especially when I gave them some houses that were in rough shape after tenants moved out. The price was definitely reasonable compared with other cleaners and I will definitely continue to use their services.

Terrible.!!! Arrived late twice. Girls were tired. Lied about time they arrived so I was charged at $42:50 per hour for each cleaner, total of $82:50 per hour for 28 minutes they did not work. Owner Shelly Bean argued and refused to believe me. So I paid $135, $40 of which was an overcharge for time they were not there. Next day girls admitted they had stopped on the way to eat since they had been working since 7:00 am. I was told to expect them at 2:00pm. They arrived at 3:45 but I was charged from 3:17. They were tired and said stains in bath and on walls were impossible to remove. I later employed another cleaner who sprayed the stains with cleaner and easily removed them. Shelley Bean the owner of Squeaky Clean Cleaning service came to the house with her aggressive boyfriend and demanded payment for a second cleaning period, where the girls again arrived late at the end of the day, tired, scheduled to arrive at 12:30, actually arrived at 2:30 announcing that one of them had to leave at 3:00 pm. The other stayed until 5:15 then left without completing the job. I refused to pay the amount charged, $138 at the rate of $42:50 per person per hour. Since then I have found another cleaner who is rectifying the poor job done by Squeaky Clean whose cleaners left finger marks on the door of the refrigerator and never cleaned marks on the walls and on the light switch. I could say a lot more about Squeaky Clean and Shelley Bean but I think I have conveyed the picture. The girls told me that Shelley paid them $12 per hour yet She charged and received $42:50 per hour. On the whole it was a terrible experience for me with Angie’s List and Squeaky Clean Cleaning Services. I swear that all that I have said here is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth as God is my witness. Mary Howes.

Amazing. A crew of two people did a very detail-oriented job of cleaning in 2 1/2 hours. Living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, stairs and entryway. The house was pretty dirty and the job they did was very thorough. The crew was friendly and great with my dogs. Very professional.

I contacted Squeaky Clean about a move-out cleaning. They were very responsive, even when I delayed in calling back to schedule service. They managed to fit me in the very next day, when I did finally get back to them. They charged a flat rate per person, per hour for a move-out cleaning. They were punctual, did a fantastic job, and even have us considering a weekly upkeep service until were able to sell our house. We have two dogs, four kids, and not enough time. The house hasn't looked this clean since we moved in!

I had only a couple of days available for a cleaning crew to come into my townhouse to do move-in cleaning. I believe it was Tod who worked with me to ensure he could get a crew to me on my two days. They came within the time period I was told. The crew was very professional, asked me what my cleaning priorities were and immediately went to work! They did a great job. Tod was also very good about calling me a couple days before the scheduled service just to confirm. I definitely recommend them.

Lilly and her crew of 2 others showed up and were very friendly and polite. They asked to take a tour with me to see what we wanted done and made suggestions. They got straight to work after that and did a very good job. It took a little over 2 hours start to finish and the house looked fantastic after they finished. Lilly then took me on a final tour of the house to see what was done and to make sure nothing was missed. Very glad to have found such a good cleaning crew as Lilly’s. Also speaking to owner Tod on the phone was very pleasant and he was very clear and upfront about not only cleaning but cost as well. All in all a very good company who we will be using and recommending to anyone that asks!

Overall the women did a nice job and were courteous. One unfortunate accident happened towards the end of the day but Tod stood by his word and made the situation right. I would use them again.

Workers did a very good job and hand cleaned the kitchen floor. Were also responsive to specific requests, such as I asked for some special leather cleaning and conditioning products I have be used on some leather furniture. The scheduler was cooperative in working with me on coming up with a good date and time.
