"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "The basement had an awful sewage smell and the water from the basement washing machine, sinks, and toilet wasn't flowing into the ejector pump pit to be pumped out into the overhead sewer. Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. Daniel also pointed out some other sewer/plumbing issues that he recommended be fixed in the future (with-out being pushy). I would recommend this company after my experience with them."
