He made sure any issue or question we had was addressed in a timely manner and we were always made to feel like the goal was to make us happy at end of day. His rates are reasonable and he saved me a lot of time by providing materials for the job. I am definitely going to use him for my other bathroom. I like that my project was his sole job for the week and I didn’t have to extend the project with off days. He had a helper who was so respectful and kind. "Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"We researched several kitchen restoration companies and finally selected 3 of them to give us estimates for painting our outdated oak cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom. The price ranged widely among the 3 companies. One estimate was extremely high. GG Kitchen Restorations was the cheapest estimate however, once we had each company come out and had them explain what they were going to do it was very evident that GG Restorations was going to be a one-stop shop for us to get everything done as we needed and with high quality workmanship. We did have a couple of extra small issues in the cabinets that needed to be fixed prior to the painting prep could start and the other 2 companies would either charge us a huge amount to do a drastic re-design which really wasn’t needed or said they wouldn’t do that type of work and left it up to us. GG Restorations was more than willing to help us get past these small barriers and get our dream kitchen to our specifications at a reasonable cost. Frank and his team were great. Frank is very pleasant and fun to work with and he takes the time to really get to know what you want. Chris and Tim, that did the work in the house, did excellent work, and they never left a mess. Our kitchen and bathroom look great and what a transformation from old to a modern look. We highly recommend GG restorations to anyone."

"We had EZ Bath N Shower remove our tub unit and install a shower instead. We contacted a larger well-known company, but we went with EZ Bath. Their prices were comparable, but EZ Bath's material was better (thicker base, walls, and glass!) The gentlemen installing the unit were polite and professional.
