"Water mitigation done after sewer backup into our basement. Jay came out same day to do estimate. Work done the following day, exactly as expected. Removed carpeting, baseboards, drilled holes at baseboard level to be sure there was no drywall behind paneling and allowing for better drying. Moved our furniture around to do the job. Sprayed for mold and left commercial fans and a dehumidifier running for a couple of days. Fair price. Good communication/responsive. Kept me updated as to arrival times, etc. Would recommend this company."
