The time frame they quoted me was within 6 weeks from time of pickup to time of delivery. The deliverymen did an excellent job and were very mindful of my walls and other furniture when taking my sofa from and back to my home when it was done. The sofa was done perfectly, and within the 6 weeks I was quoted originally. In fact, it was done closer to 4 and a half weeks! They answered every question I had, and understood my concerns in upholstering something that has been in my family for generations. I am very pleased with every aspect of the job, from the fabric selection to the workmanship on the sofa."
