The owner, Al was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain his multi-step processe of how he was going to treat my carpet. I had some major problem areas throughout the carpeted rooms of my house and he was able to remove them like they never existed. "Marcus was very communicative before job day. He came in person to see the rooms needing work so he could make a firm quote, and then returned the next day to complete the job. He and his co-worker arrived on time and worked very steadily. I requested 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, 1 large lower level tile floor scrubbing, and stairs sanding/staining. The job was finished in one day. The floor and carpets were very worn and needed special attention. They came out really nice, and the flooring was better than I expected."
