We had 6 rooms of ceiling drywall replaced along with installing 16 canned lights and 6 ceiling fans. Johnny was not the best to work with, was confusion on some days who would be showing up, if anyone. When they were initially finished, almost all of the ceiling lights had some blemishes that were visible outside of the light cover. The joint of the ceiling and walls in multiple rooms was already showing a lot of cracking and separating when they were finished. One wall with wood paneling had new quarter round installed, but it was stuck to the ceiling with liquid nails, not a nail gun. It also uses 3 different pieces that are either different sizes or colors and we have liquid nails residue on the brand new ceiling along with 2 odd screws used to keep it installed. Johnny was not the most attentive at times. It took 2 weeks after we gave him our deposit check before we heard anything from him on a start date and that was only after we texted him for an update. I live in a ranch with a large attic. The two person crew showed up on schedule and completed the job in ~6.5 hours. They were professional and answered my questions. They were careful not to make a mess. My attic access is over a carpeted hallway and they left everything as clean as when they arrived. I got three estimates and their price was the most competitive. I'm very happy with the installation. Randy R.

Friendly service and a good value

Great tech team. Install took 2 days. Team cleaned everything up after the job was finished. House iis much quieter. A bonus as we are under flight path to O'Hare airport.

I had some siding installed on my garage. The price point was great compared to other quotes I received. They came out and finished the job in 2 days. There was a small issue with a piece of siding that came out but they returned the next day to fix it. Overall, I am satisfied with the work.

US Home Services has friendly and professional staff. Rachel was very communicative, which I appreciated. And, Johnny clearly explained everything and patiently answered my questions. The installation date was set within days of us signing the proposal, and the installers were quick, clean and very nice. The price was reasonable for the work done. We would highly recommend US Home Services.

My experience with U.S. Home Services was great! Johnny came out, listen to all my concerns and just made the entire experience very easy. The man who installed my drywall was punctual, came and did the work, cleaned up behind himself ( which I greatly appreciated). Same goes for the finisher. The whole project was completed in less than a week, and Johnny stayed in contact the whole time answering my questions along the way. I would definitely use them again and recommend U.S. Home Services to anyone looking to do Home Improvements. They will definitely work inside your set budget.

All started with Rachel phone call. Rachel friendly attitude was beyond what I was expecting from a costumer service, she took the time to listen and tell me what I needed to know. We had this company install attic baffles since our intake air was blocked by batt insulation. We couldnâ t remove the insulation because it would cause too much wind so we went with baffles. The customer service was top notch. Constant communication and the owner was willing to educate us on a lot of details. They were very responsive to all questions prior to the project and performed a free inspection and stayed to answer questions and provide rough quotes for a few other possible projects l.. They were up front that they may not be the cheapest but good quality. We are happy with this project and hope to use them for future insulation needs.

Initially, my goal was to spray insulation in my crawl space. I compared 3 different companies and US Home Services was the only insulation company that recommended looking at my attic. My insulation in my attic was 7 inches less than it should be. In addition to insulating my attic, they also spray insulated my crawl space at a price equal to what Koala Insulation quoted me to only insulate my crawl space. Johnny was extremely informational and Rachel was super nice. Great company!
