The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

The crew was awesome to work with super professional, respectful, and they paid attention to every little detail. I’ve dealt with contractors before, but this team really stood out.
