The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"Called Red Chicago initially for adding two new electrical lines to where I wanted to replace my gas water heaters with electric ones. Dave informed me that he could do all the work and was quick to visit the work site and get me an estimate that same day.
