"This project was completed Summer of 2020 after the worst flooding our basement had ever seen. Thankfully, we haven't had the chance to test the new pit and drain tile until today, so I wanted to finally leave a review! "Like most of their competitors, Reliance charges a fee for dispatched estimates which would be deducted from any final invoicing of work. Michael was promptly dispatched to my home to assess a particularly challenging drain replacement: the original builder made no allowance for service access to the tub 30 years prior. Any repair would require demolition of the tub enclosure or ceiling below. Michael's assessment and quote recommended cut-in to the side of the tub, but it was unclear if this would have given him enough access for the repair. We were fearful that the initial effort would have quickly escalated into more work. We also were distrustful of a company that charges line item warranties for their own service (i.e. 6 months vs. 1 year vs. 2 years) and does it's scheduling and quoting from an electronic tablet with nothing in writing on the front end. We subsequently were able to make this repair on our own and avoided the expense - which likely would have ratcheted up to over $1200."

"Daniel was very professional and courteous. I especially liked how he explained and showed what he was doing, what he found, and how our plumbing systems worked. He and his assistant Alex unclogged our very stopped up kitchen sink drain, replaced a worn out wax ring to fix our leaking toilet, and found and fixed a leak in our toilet tank supply line as well, all in very good time. Daniel also provided good tips for how we could perform preventative maintenance on our kitchen sink drain line, and he showed me what part I would need to order to be able to remove and clean our faucet aerator to help restore proper water pressure. Very satisfied and would definitely hire again!"
