"Jakubek did a great job on our basement remodel. David, Robert, Aric, and Tom showed up everyday on time, and were very polite, very quick, and very clean. They put down floor protection when they moved materials in and out of the house. At the start of each day they would explain what they were doing and at the end of the day we could walk through to check on progress and next steps. All of our requests were accommodated, and David was very responsive and flexible with change orders and a last minute decision that we made. Overall, the basement turned out great. It adds 50% more space to our house and provides a warm/clean place for the kids to play. If I could go back in time I'd hire David and Jakubek sooner."

"I hired Excellent Construction over 8 years ago for a basement remodel and was more than happy with their work, cleanliness and price. It was a no brainer to call Jolanta and have them do work on my new house. Again I was very impressed with this company from start to finish! You will not find a project manager as accessible as Jolanta period! I called her for a quote and she came a few hours later on the same day! "The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly.
