The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"We used Jakubek Remodeling to remodel our two bathrooms. After the amazing work that they did for us, we now highly recommend this company to others. This was the first major home renovation we did as new homeowners, so naturally, we were nervous. We had consultations with three other contractors before a neighbor referred us to Jakubek and we could not be happier. From quote to final walk through, Dawid and his team were transparent and professional. Our building allows work to begin at 8 am and they were on time every day, ready to work. Our project was done on time and on budget. There were a number of small tasks and decisions to be made throughout the project and he worked through every single one with us. Beyond giving this company the highest rating in all aspects of their business, we must let the results speak for themselves. "BASEMENT FINISHING We fully finished our basement plumbing, electric, flooring, everything and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. It turned out beautiful. The crew was awesome to work with super professional, respectful, and they paid attention to every little detail. I’ve dealt with contractors before, but this team really stood out. They were on time, communicated well, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Not to sound cliche, but if I could give them 10 stars, I would. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"Claudiu Curescu of RC Brothers Construction is an amazing contactor. I had interviewed three contactors. The first one just said some cost figures verbally for my repairs. The second contractor hand wrote some cost figures on a sheet of paper. Claidiu produced a truly professional online estimate on his letterhead and detailed the work requested and the related cost as an estimate. He was by far the most professional. His painter iand crew are superb and use high quality Benjamin Moore paint. They are all very clean and clean up throughout the process. They took down my wall hangings and painting then after rehung them without any damages. There was no damage to my furniture. The tile guy and his partner created a beautiful look and the work was first rate quality. The carpet guy upgraded my new carpeting too. It’s a besutiful carpeting. Claidiu’s two brothes are involved too. One brother does excellent electrical work and figured out and fixed a complicated electrical issue. "

"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"Kris did an amazing job. It was a huge job he did by the book. His experience is evident in his accuracy and efficiency. Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. He was patient with me and my hundred questions. He was also very flexible if I changed my mind or had an alteration to the original plan. I look forward to working with Kris again."
