The flue liner was in good shape but the mortar below was cracking and chunks were coming off. He was able to repair this damage with new mortar. I also had him clean out the aluminum roof vent for my garage furnace which had a birds nest inside. He added chicken wire around the vent cap to prevent future bird nesting. Franco and his assistant Kevin were meticulous in their clean up afterward. Francoâ s pricing is fair and competitive. I will use Franco again in the future."
