"Cesar came to estimate on the day I called. Two weeks later on the agreed date they showed up on time. The crew was very polite and professional. They did everything asked of them with great attention to detail. The dust was minimal from the sanding because they used professional equipment. Before they left every day they did an excellent job of cleaning. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring job. They also do major remodeling and I would recommend them for that too based upon the job they did on my floors. I’m impressed and happy with the job!!!"

"I hired Excellent Construction over 8 years ago for a basement remodel and was more than happy with their work, cleanliness and price. It was a no brainer to call Jolanta and have them do work on my new house. Again I was very impressed with this company from start to finish! You will not find a project manager as accessible as Jolanta period! I called her for a quote and she came a few hours later on the same day! "We bought a house that needed more storage space, and wanted it added in the short time window between when we closed and when we moved in. Don Lorenc met with us to discuss and plan the project before we closed. He then met with us again right after closing to see the space in person and finalize plans. Everyone showed up as scheduled, they were friendly and courteous, and the work was done well. Visitors cannot tell that there were ever *not* closets in place because it looks so seamlessly integrated with the surrounding space. Don also had a lot of helpful comments regarding placement of doors, depth of shelves, etc, that helped us make decisions we're happy with now. We had one minor snag where the heavy-duty shelf supports in the basement were positioned in a way I worried would make it difficult to get very large items in and out of the closet. I called Don, detailed the sizes of my items, and explained my concern. He understood, and it was changed the next day without any fuss. He was responsive and overall his whole team was great to work with."

"Having 1.5 baths presents a problem when the tub needs replacement. Kris completed the job in 4.5 days. The entire bathroom was stripped down to studs. Kris added electrical, replaced all drywall, fixed plumbing problems, installed new floor, new tub, toilet, vanity, exhaust fan, & fixtures. Also installed porcelain tile on walls and floor and painted. His work and knowledge of each trade is impeccable. The remodeled room is absolutely perfect. I would hire him again for anything I need done. He worked long days and got the job done quickly. So happy we found KSR!"
