Kris did an amazing job. It was a huge job he did by the book. His experience is evident in his accuracy and efficiency. Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. He was patient with me and my hundred questions. He was also very flexible if I changed my mind or had an alteration to the original plan. I look forward to working with Kris again.

Kris did a great job. He removed tile around tub and shower down to the studs. Removed tub and tile floor. replaced sub floor correcting issues from previous contractor. He is a very hard worker and pays attention to detail. He installed new tub, tile and sink. Also painted . I would definitely hire Kris again. He did the whole job in 4 days.

I could not be more pleased with Kris' work. His attention to detail and craftmanship is superb. My bathroom was a complete gut job. He removed floor tile, redid the drywall, moved the toilet, replaced the sink and moved the electrical for the light. He also replaced the bathroom door and door leading to my garage, painting both. The floor tiles look beautiful, as does the trim that tops it. The new sink, mirror and light are lined up perfectly. The paint job is flawless. It took 4 days and each day when I got home from work I could not believe how clean the area near the bathroom was. The bathroom door was closed and you would have no idea that major work was being done. After he finished for good, my garage never looked cleaner! Kris has already been back to give me estimates on a full bath remodel and replacement of all doors on my second floor. He is very honest. I was not at home when he did the work and had no qualms about leaving him in my home alone.

Kris just completed my bathroom renovation and I could not be happier. The workmanship and level of detail was second to none; not to mention the project costs were very reasonable. Kris completed the job on time and while I was working from home. He was very responsive to all my questions and I look forward to hiring him for future renovations.

We couldn’t be happier with Kris and his remodeling of two of our upstairs bathrooms. Kris was very detail oriented and hardworking. His timeline and quote he gave us from our initial meeting were right on, which I hear is hard to come by in contractors. He is also extremely clean, and everything was picked up everyday. We have quite a few projects in our house that need to be done and we will absolutely be hiring Kris again!

Having 1.5 baths presents a problem when the tub needs replacement. Kris completed the job in 4.5 days. The entire bathroom was stripped down to studs. Kris added electrical, replaced all drywall, fixed plumbing problems, installed new floor, new tub, toilet, vanity, exhaust fan, & fixtures. Also installed porcelain tile on walls and floor and painted. His work and knowledge of each trade is impeccable. The remodeled room is absolutely perfect. I would hire him again for anything I need done. He worked long days and got the job done quickly. So happy we found KSR!

The job was completed in four days. Replaced floor including underlayment. All new tile and back splash and fixtures. All work was done on time, professional and neat. Will defiantly hire again for our next project.

Kris is an amazing person to work with. We worked with him to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. He is organized and extremely meticulous. His estimates were reasonable and he is very flexible to your needs. He is extremely trust worthy and friendly (my kids loved talking to him). He provided us with a detailed list of what we needed to buy as well as places where we could get necessary material - tiles, countertop, granite etc. He also provided several design ideas for us to consider as a starting point. He wrapped up each day by thoroughly cleaning the work area to remove any debris and finished right on the day he had said he would be done at the start of the project. I would highly recommend him for any kind of remodeling work and look forward to another opportunity to work with him.

We located KSR through Angie's list. After receiving other bids we went with Kris based not only his competitive bid but his personality. Kris installed new flooring, sink, back splash, fixtures, disposal, counter tops, new electrical outlets, and new lighting fixtures. We used existing cabinets and added more cabinets plus a large pantry. Kris did all the work carpentry, plumbing, and electrical himself. Every night the workplace was cleaned and never interfered with our saying in the house during remodeling. Kris never sat down to rest from the time he arrived until the end of the day. We previously remodeled our bathrooms and wished we had known about KSR. We still have a basement that needs help and KSR will be the only contractor we consider. To say that we are more than pleased with KSR would be an understatement!

We came up with the shower design and sourced the materials (all tile, shower assembly, grout, tile sealer, and shelves) ourselves. We solicited 3-4 bids for labor only. Kris submitted a very competitive bid and came in ahead of schedule and on budget. All of the work described above took only about 4 days, and he coordinated with a separate shower glass provider (GP Company Glass) to come the following week to measure and install the glass door. Kris and his assistant showed up on time every morning and were done by the time we got home each day. The workmanship (including tiling and grouting) was excellent, and they were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. After the shower assembly starting sagging due to its own weight, Kris even came back to install a ceiling pipe support that we provided. Bottom-line, Kris did a great job and helped make our shower remodel project run as smoothly as possible for a very competitive price.

When it was all said and done, working with Kris was a very positive experience. Prior to hiring Kris, we interviewed 6 contractors including a design build firm. Kris's pricing was competitive, but we chose Kris mainly due to having seen some of his previous work in another house we almost made an offer on prior to finding the house we are now settled into. The positives - the quality of the work in general is well-executed. We did a significant amount of planning and shopping procuring all of the needed items (sinks, faucets, tile, shower hardware, ect) - and Kris was able to make sense of all of it - there was no major surprises there. We did have to pivot a few times during the project where pvc piping existed where we didn't know behind a wall and the stack pipe was also a temporary nuisance due to location, but each time we would talk through what our options were, and Kris would help guide a smart decision. Most of all, Kris was trustworthy (we both work all day 20+ miles away, so he had a key and he handled all that comes with the key swap very professionally). He and his partner or crew - depending on the scope of the work that day - were always nice and cleaned up after themselves each day. They stayed on schedule (lone exception being the actual start day was delayed one single day, but that was not a problem for us whatsoever), and further to that, they finished ahead of schedule, so at the end of the day, the timing was a win. The constructive criticism: really, there wasn't much to be dissatisfied about - one day our hose was left in the backyard in the "on" position and in a somewhat discombobulated manner, but we have a spout on the end, so it wasn't a big deal, but just being picky, these are the little details. I would also recommend that when working with Kris, be as specific as possible as to your likes and wishes. We didn't encounter any issues of this sort, but given that English is likely his second language, we found it helpful to be under no uncertain terms when discussing things like layout, preferences, how we wanted things to ultimately look, ect. Conclusion - I would absolutely hire Kris again and we probably will to have him look at our mainfloor bath in the coming months/year. He really did a great job and if you are looking for trustworthy expertise for bath remodel, look no further. Thank you Kris!

Kris and his KSR crew were fantastic! Work was done promptly and completed as expected. Quality of work is A+. We couldn't be happier how well our project turned out. We have referred KSR to other family members for there extensive remodeling projects. Would highly recommend KSR!

Our previous two bathrooms done by KSR were done very well with zero interaction issues so I am baffled.
